In recent weeks, thousands of people marched and were arrested on the steps of the Capitol demanding that the people’s voice be heard: that we the people, not money, be the driving force of our government.

Democracy Spring organized a full week of actions of rallying, marching and risking arrest, while Democracy Awakening organized the final three days with teach-ins, panels – and wrapped up events with hundreds being arrested on the Capitol steps. This video covers the whole week of action.
